CMS just announced that it is ending the specific emergency declaration blanket waivers for SNFs/NFs, inpatient hospices, ICF/IIDs and ESRD facilities located in the attached notice. These terminations will end in 30 to 60 days from today, which is the date of the memorandum being issued.
